Step 1: Download Garmin Communicator Plugin Installer at http://software.garmin.com/en-US/gcp.html and select the appropriate operating system you use on your computer whether windows or Mac OS.

Step 2: After download complete you must close web browser before start installation, go to directory where you save this file and double click CommunicatorPlugin.exe then click Next button to continue installation

Step 3: Check "I accept the term in licensee Agreement" to agree End User agreement for Garmin Comunicator Plugin, then click Next button to continue installation

Step 4: wait a few minutes until installation process completed click Exit button on the last dialog to finish GCP installation.

To check whether the plugin install correctly, open Firefox and type about:addons in address bar and then switch to plugins tab and search Garmin commniticator Plugin. If you found it in there that the plug-in successfully installed for your Firefox.

How to Update, Disable and Remove Garmin Communicator Plugin?

Update

In order to update GCP into latest version is simply, go to Garmin plugin website and check new version of it. If new version available then you just need download and install it to replace old plugin,

Disable

If You want disable this plugin only, type about:addons in address bar and then switch to plugins tab and search Garmin commniticator Plugin then look at right of it and select Never Activate option.

Remove

If you want to remove this plugin completely from your Mozilla Firefox just uninstall the program from your computer using control panel. it will automatically remove from your Firefox. Or you can delete manually file with name npGarmin.dll from directory C:\Program Files\Garmin GPS Plugin
